(Fife, WA) – Premier Building Systems, a leading manufacturer of Structural Insulated Panels (SIP), announces that its Southwest Regional Sales Manager, Jeff Beason, was recently awarded the “Outstanding Contribution To The Development of The Senator Richard Bryan Senior Apartments” award. Beason managed the entire project for Premier, which supplied six-inch SIP wall panels for 240 units and clubhouse of the newly constructed, Las Vegas-based senior-living apartment complex.
Presenting the award to Beason was Nevada’s U.S. Senator Richard Bryan, for whom the complex was named, Las Vegas Mayor Oscar B. Goodman, former Las Vegas Mayor Jan L. Jones, members of the City Council and the project’s developer Frank Hawkins. The award was presented at the complex’s grand opening ceremony held on July 16, 2007.
“We are so appreciative of Jeff and everyone at Premier. All of their hard work made this project so successful for everyone involved,” commented Hawkins. “We are firm believers in SIPs construction and we will definitely be using Premier’s SIP panels again on future projects.”
