To eliminate any unnecessary confusion, understand that there has been no sale, merger, or change in company ownership. This decision is a top-level consolidation of organizational resources to deliver better service through each brand under the umbrella of PBS (Premier Building Systems).
Combined, the family of brands will now be able to offer a wider, more complete building systems solution with research and development, technical, production, and distribution resources for customers across North America.
