Each structure was built with Premier SIPS and was carefully designed and cost about $12 million to build. One more feature makes this rental complex particularly appealing: It is geared toward and priced for low-income senior citizens. Many units have a terrific view of the Peaks, and the amenities include a clubhouse with a game room, laundry room and reading area.
