Santa Teresita Chapel Main Hall & Youth Conference Center
The end use of this build was as the new youth conference center & chapel for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fresno in the affluent Northern California community.
SIPs were chosen due to their energy efficiency for long-term operating costs in a climate that gets both hot and cold weather. Told of the exceptional speed of construction - which proved to be true!
The benefits of using Premier SIPS would be mainly due to the speed of construction coming through! Took less than 1 day to install 6,000S/F of roof with 5 installers and a machine. Energy efficiency will be key for future operational cost savings.
