Project Overview

La Posada Green Valley is a $17.7 million, 174-unit retirement apartment project that opened in Green Valley in 2011. Although this is an ongoing project, it will also include a nursing facility.  This first phase is a planned 157-acre community and Premier SIPS is proud to be a part of it.
